Please note the following before starting the application:

FOR RETURNING APPLICANTS: Once your intial application has been completed online and after it has been submitted, you will be given a PIN number. This PIN number will be a requirement to use for future job opportunities. The information previously submitted will be available for updating on future applications.

The system will check for errors before reviewing the application; errors will be noted by a red asterisk (*)

After reviewing your application, ensure that you click the SUBMIT APPLICATION button at the bottom of the screen. You should also receive a confirmation email that your application has been submitted. If you don't receive the email immediately, first check your spam folder on your email. After checking the spam folder and you still do not receive the email confirmation, please try the application process again before the closing date.

Due to the volume of applications received, we will only personally contact those applicants who have been selected for employment. Applicants may confirm the receipt of their application by the Applicant Tracking System. Log into Applicant Tracking and select Applicant Profile from the menu on the left side of the screen. If you are offered a postiton with the Town you will be given further instructions for completing a physical, drug test and background screening. All new hires must accept the following conditions:


  • Receipt of results of a satisfactory drug screening

  • Receipt of proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Completion of a satisfactory reference and background check

  • Direct deposit of pay checks. Prior to reporting to work on your first day of employment, you must have established an account for this purpose.
